Dr Amanda E. Smith does not provide a 24 hour or emergency medical service.

Dr Amanda E. Smith reserves the right to not provide services to a patient / client who pose a perceived threat to her physical or psychological wellbeing e.g. violent or abusive behaviour.

Dr Amanda E. Smith takes complaints seriously. Service users are asked, in the event of any complaint, to speak to or email her about their concerns.

Menopause / PMS clinics and Sexual and Relationship Therapy appointments are private services for which a fee is payable.

• When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in the calendar that is no longer available to other patients. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice if you need to cancel will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please call on 07980458941 or email dramanda.e.smith@peakmpst.co.uk as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment and at least 48 hours in advance.

• Dr Amanda E Smith accepts that occasionally e.g., due to illness / family emergencies, it may not be possible to give 48 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. 

• Any non-urgent appointment cancellation less than 48 hours in advance will incur the full charge and no refund will be provided.

• Non-urgent appointment cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

• If an appointment that has been paid for is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, Dr Amanda E Smith will offer an alternative appointment free of charge.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, there may not be time to address your needs. In this case, Dr Amanda E Smith may need to reschedule your appointment, doing their best to arrange it for another day / time that is convenient to you.
